Job Type: Full-Time – Temp to hire

Schedule: Monday through Friday 1st shift (may have to work some Saturdays here and there)

Pay: $22 + an hour based on experience

Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Floor Manager to oversee and manage day-to-day operations on the sales floor. Our client is a fast growing windshield repair company in the Green Bay area that services customers all over the country. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates, ensuring exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, maintaining store standards, and creating a positive and productive store environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for sales, and a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
