We are currently seeking Skilled General Laborers with experience in flat roofing to join our team. As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with installing and repairing various types of flat roofing systems on commercial buildings.

Job Title: General Laborer

Job Location: Kaukauna/Green Bay/De Pere, WI

Job Type: Full-Time

Your duties will include:
* Assists with installing and repairing various types of flat roofing systems, including built-up roofing, modified bitumen roofing, and single-ply roofing
* Measuring and cutting roofing materials to size and shape
* Applying roofing materials to flat roofs using various techniques, such as torching, mopping, and rolling
* Assists with inspecting roofs for damage and leaks and determining the best course of action for repair
* Removing old roofing materials and preparing surfaces for new roofing installations
* Adhering to safety regulations and using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
* Communicating with project managers and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time and to specifications

Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Minimum of 1+ years of experience in Flat Roofing/Construction
* Experience with various types of flat roofing systems, including built-up roofing, modified bitumen roofing, and single-ply roofing
* Knowledge of roofing materials and installation techniques
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
* Strong attention to detail and quality
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Bilingual is a plus
