Coating Operators ~ Full Time / 2nd Shift
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently seeking Coating Operators to join our team. As a Coating Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining a machine that applies coating to multiple types of dryer sheets.
Job Title: Coating Operator
Job Location: Green Bay, WI
Your duties will include:
* Ensures daily production is produced per schedule requirements
* Performs preventative maintenance and tank cleanings
* Troubleshooting machinery and performing basic repairs when necessary
* Performing quality control checks to ensure product meets quality/quantity that’s required
* Adhering to safety regulations and using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
* Following production schedules and ensuring that production targets are met
* Operates forklift to move finished and un-finished goods
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Minimum of 2 years machine operating experience required
* Operating experience in coating application (liquid) environment desired
* Basic understanding of machine maintenance and repair
* Strong attention to detail and quality
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
