Hayden Mand
Franchise Owner
Hayden started his career with HireQuest in 2019 as a Selling Branch Manager at the Appleton location. During his time there, HireQuest acquired Snelling Staffing, which led to a new role for Hayden as Regional Manager, overseeing operations across seven locations. This transition also brought him to Tampa, Florida, where he continued to support the company’s growth and success in the region.
In late 2024, Hayden decided to move back to Wisconsin and take on a new challenge, becoming the franchise owner of Snelling Staffing of Green Bay. As the youngest franchise owner in the HireQuest network, he’s focused on fostering strong relationships with clients and staff while continuing to contribute to the company’s mission in his new role.
Michelle Haskins
Business Development
Michelle joined Snelling Staffing in 2022 as a Business Development Representative, bringing with her a solid foundation from her previous experience as a recruiter. Her background in recruiting has given her valuable insight into client and candidate needs, allowing her to build strong relationships and better understand the staffing challenges businesses face. Since joining Snelling, Michelle has focused on expanding the company’s client base and fostering meaningful partnerships.
Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending her free time engaging in arts and crafts, where she channels her creativity and loves to unwind. She also cherishes time with her dog, Harlow, playing and making memories together. These personal passions reflect her balanced approach to both her professional and personal life.
